During college, Kaitlyn was a student liaison for the National Physical Therapy Student Conclave in 2008. There, she attended continuing education seminars on obesity, diabetes, kinesiotaping, prevention of orthopedic injury in young athletes, and therapeutic exercise. She also attended sponsored events to promote prevention of injury and overall health and well being.
Kaitlyn first became excited about the field of Physical Therapy through her travel softball team, which was sponsored by a local Physical Therapy group. During her time at Pullano Physical Therapy, Kaitlyn has enjoyed the opportunity to work one on one with patients to allow every patient to communicate effectively and build trust in her. Her special interests include working with post operative knees, shoulder and low back injuries, as well as gait dysfunction.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys running, softball, strength training, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
